Bustier Minor NPCs is a mod that brings a little more life to the female characters in the game. The way I see it, there are several problems with the way the game is designed. The most important of these is that the female characters are all a little flat-chested. The reason for this is that the models are designed in such a way that the girls are always wearing a dress or a skirt. There is no reason for this, other than the fact that the developers are probably more used to seeing girls in a particular way.
